Management team meeting

Management team meeting is a gathering of the founders and key management personnel of a company. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss high-level strategic and operational matters related to the company. These meetings are typically led by the CEO or one of the founders and may include updates on the company's performance, financials, and overall direction, as well as discussion of major initiatives and projects. The management team may also discuss and make important decisions related to company culture, company vision, mission, values, and long-term goals. Meetings can take place in-person or virtually and may be scheduled regularly or on an as-needed basis. These meetings are often considered confidential and the attendance of non-management team members is restricted.

Schedule

This meetings will take place virtually either on Zoom or Google meet, every last Saturday of the month or on an as-needed basis from 2pm GMT +3

General team meeting

A general company team meeting is a gathering of all employees from different departments and levels within the organization. The meeting is typically led by the CEO or other senior leadership team members and is held on a regular basis, such as monthly or quarterly. This meetings will take place virtually either on Zoom or Google meet, every first Saturday of the month or on an as-needed basis from 2pm GMT +3

Department Meeting

A departmental team meeting is a gathering of individuals who are part of a team discuss important matters related to the team's goals, projects, and progress. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters specific to the department, such as departmental goals, projects, and progress. The meeting is typically led by a department manager or supervisor and may include updates from departmental team members, discussion of current projects and challenges, and planning for future tasks. Meetings may also include cross-functional collaboration and coordination with other departments.

Schedule

This meetings will take place virtually once every week either on Zoom or Google meet as will be decided by the members of that department and can also meet other days if the needs arise (for urgent deliberations about project etc). The team can choose the time that works for everyone.
